2. Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- During festive seasons or promotional sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Domestic Shipping (India): 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- International Shipping: 7–15 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
📦 Note: Delivery time may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small service fee may apply.
- International Orders – Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can track your parcel directly on the courier partner’s website.
6. Packaging
All sarees are carefully packed in protective, eco-friendly packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
Each saree is folded, wrapped, and sealed securely to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
In case your order is delayed or lost:
- Please contact us at shop@banarasisilksaree.in with your Order ID.
- We will coordinate with the courier partner and provide you with an update within 48 hours.
8. Customs & Duties (For International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to custom duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
